Gift of Happiness is the company that owns and operates Supervisor Advantage. Supervisor Advantage is a productivity and workflow tool designed to help users record observations, organize evaluation-related information, and generate draft evaluation content.

b. Content You Enter into the App

Supervisor Advantage may send certain user-provided content to a third-party AI service in order to generate requested outputs, such as draft evaluation language.

In connection with that process, we may remove or hide names before sending content for AI processing. However, users should understand that the content being processed may still include workplace observations, notes, or other text entered into the app.

We share such content only for purposes related to app functionality and the generation of requested results.
